A stream of experiments will get you in the flow and thinking about the properties of water, while a fun and engaging game will get you moving and circulating. Clean Foundation: Buzzing with Life
Wednesday, March 12, 10 to 11 a.m.
Through interactive games and activities, learn about critter connections. Discover the needs of diverse local species at risk, from the mighty moose to the mini monarch. Donning their naturalist bandanas, youth will get to practice their citizen scientist skills. They will learn about habitat observation using both Western and Mi’kmaw ways of knowing. This program is for children aged 5 to 10 years. Register no later than Saturday, March 8 by contacting the library. This program is in partnership with Clean Foundation.
Thursdays, 10 to 11 a.m.
Children aged five and under and their caregivers are invited to join staff from Parent’s Place for an hour of stories and play at the library. This program is in partnership with Parents Place.
Thursday, March 13, 2 to 5 p.m.
All ages can use the library’s Sphero robots to race their friends or others through a twin mirror maze.
