Photocopying and Printing Fees Policy

Introduction

This policy provides the fees that members of the public must pay for their photocopies and prints. There are different fees for letter size paper and legal-size paper. The price of the paper is included in the fees. People cannot use their own paper in the library’s photocopiers and printers.

Photocopier and Printer Charges for Letter Size Paper

• 10 cents for single-sided black and white pages
• 20 cents for double-sided black and white pages
• 40 cents for single-sided colour pages
• 80 cents for double-sided colour pages

Photocopier and Printer Charges for Legal Size Paper

• 15 cents for single-sided black and white pages
• 30 cents for double-sided black and white pages
• 45 cents for single-sided colour pages
• 90 cents for double-sided colour pages
