Equal Access to Collection
All materials in the Western Counties Regional Library collection, are available to all borrowers including adults, young adults and children. No restrictions are placed on the use of any materials in the library collection with the exception of reference books and other special materials which are non-circulating.
Equal Access to Library Buildings
The Board recognizes that all library buildings should be accessible and works with Municipal and Town Councils to meet defined standards.
