Community Play Groupkids

Families with children five and younger can join library and Shelburne Family Resource Centre staff for a variety of free play, songs, games and story time at the library.

Snack Timekids

Children aged 2 to 6 will learn how to prepare their own nutritious snack. They will be taught basic food preparation skills. These include washing, chopping, and peeling using child safe tools. All food and supplies are provided. Each week will be a different recipe. Register by March 10. This program is funded through the Food Security Initiative Grant.

Seed Starting for Kidskids

Children aged 6 to 12 can join library staff to learn about seed starting and getting ready for the coming gardening season. Register by Wednesday, March 11 by contacting the library.
