Learn to Play Cribkids

Children aged 8 to 12 are invited to join library staff for an introduction to the game of Cribbage. Participants are asked to register by Tuesday, Jan. 6 by contacting the library.

Community Play Groupkids

Families with children five and younger can join library and Shelburne Family Resource Centre staff for a variety of free play, songs, games and story time at the library.

Snack Timekids

Children aged 2 to 6 will learn how to prepare their own nutritious snack. They will be taught basic food preparation skills. These include washing, chopping, and peeling using child safe tools. All food and supplies are provided. Each week will be a different recipe. Register by January 13 and 27 for workshops on January 15 and 29 respectively. This program is funded through the Food Security Initiative Grant.
