A Crafty Afternoon
Have fun with others while you work on your project. This can be knitting, crocheting, rug hooking, sewing, painting or working on any craft you wish. Please bring your own supplies.
Scrabble Club
Join us for a game or two or Scrabble and enjoy a fun afternoon playing a game or two of Scrabble. This program is for adults.
Sphero Robot Racing
Drop into the library and race Sphero robots on an obstacle course!

Exhibit: Len Dow
Come see an exhibit of Len Dow's paintings at the library! They will be on display from May 5 to June 30 during open hours. Dow paints with acrylic on canvas. His love of Nova Scotia and fishing boats is represented in this exhibit. This collection is titled La Baie Saint Marie est mon petit coin du monde (1755).

Stop by the Digby Library to see the first public collection of self-taught artist Jacqueline Comeau. Available to view during branch open hours.
About the Artist
Jacqueline Comeau's work serves as a visceral exploration of freedom. Both from the movement, mind and transitioning between vibrant and deep energies. Creativity is not just a hobby for her but a vital tool for self expression and liberation. The process is intuitive. Vivid Impressions is her first public collection.
Puzzlers
Drop in and work on a puzzle. This program is for adults.
Community Play Group
Families with children five and younger can join library and Shelburne Family Resource Centre staff for a variety of free play, songs, games and story time at the library.
Story Time
Toddlers and their caregivers are invited to join library staff for an hour of stories and play! Activities will alternate between crafts and free play.
Puzzling Pastime
Adults and teens can drop in and work on our latest puzzle! This is available during branch open hours from April to June.
Gather & Gab: Neurodiverse Peer Support Group
Do you ever feel isolated or like you don't quite belong? This groups offers a supportive space for independent adults who identify with or have been diagnosed with a form of neurodiversity (e.g., autism, ADHD). Meet others with similar experiences to share challenges and strategies for navigating a neurotypical world. A small group led by neurodiverse facilitators with lived experience. Space is limited, please contact Jessica to register.
