Make Pasta from Scratch!
Learn pasta making basics with chef Kate Giglio! In this class you’ll learn how to make a basic pasta dough and roll out fettuccine noodles. At the end of class, participants will enjoy the pasta with a nice, bright, Italian tomato sauce. This program is for ages 14 and older. There is space for a maximum of 12 participants.
