Fibre Arts Afternoon
No matter your skill level, join us for an afternoon of knitting, crocheting, sewing, embroidery, or any project you wish to make. Bring your own supplies. This program is for adults.
Seed-Saving Basics
Learn the basics of setting the garden up for maximum seed saving benefits with permaculture expert Matthew Roy of Coastal Grove Farm. Register no later than Friday, April 11 by contacting the library.
Lockeport Library Book Club: The War We Won Apart
Join library staff in-person or via Zoom for a discussion of the book The War We Won Apart by Nahlah Ayed. To receive the zoom link, contact the library no later than Tuesday, April 15.
Bunny Hunt in the Library
Children can hop in and find a pair of bunnies hiding in the books for an Easter treat during open hours on April 15, 16, 17, and 19.
Community Play Group
Families with children five and younger can join library and Shelburne Family Resource Centre staff for a variety of free play, songs, games and story time at the library.
Preschool Story Time
Children aged five and under and their caregivers are invited to join staff from Parent’s Place for an hour of stories and play at the library. This program is in partnership with Parents Place.
Science Club
Explore the wonders of science through exciting, themed experiments. This program is for children aged 7 to 11.
Adult Board Game Night
Adults are invited to hang out and play modern board games. All experience levels are welcome. Games are available or participants may bring their own.
Toastmasters
Develop public speaking and leadership skills through the Yarmouth Chapter of Toastmasters International via Zoom or in-person at the library.

Exhibit: Ponderings
This exhibit features the paintings of artist Gladys Lewis-Jennings. Her work covers various subjects and scenes using oils.
