Understanding Dementia

A cartoon of an old woman who looks confused. Above her head are thought bubbles with a calendar date, a map, and a person. They all have question marks to signify she's unsure what and who they are.

We have public sessions on understanding what dementia is. It is in partnership with Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia. The talk will include information on the following:

  • What dementia is
  • Recognizing the signs of dementia
  • Risk factors and how you can help lower your risk.

Join us as we explore this important topic. Sign ups are preferred but walk-ins are welcome.
