Library offers an opportunity to learn more about Mi’kmaw language

A one-hour workshop at library branches in Digby, Shelburne and Yarmouth will explore the origins of the Mi’kmaw language and how it relates to the broader Algonquin language family.

The library newsletter comes out quarterly, containing stories, staff and board profiles and other related information. Once you subscribe, you will receive the newsletter via e-mail as well as monthly program and event updates.

Kids Craft Night

This program offers different craft projects once a month in April, May and June for children aged 3 to 10. The library has all the supplies, just bring your creativity. Register no later than the day before each program by contacting the library.
