Being Peaceful in an Uncertain World
Join a teacher from Brahma Kumaris Halifax to learn about and experience Raja Yoga. Raja Yoga is a form of seated meditation used to create peacefulness within oneself. This session will focus on using it to cope with the stress and uncertainty that comes with everyday life. Register by Tuesday, July 8 by contacting the library. There is space for 30 people. If there is room, drop-ins are welcome.
