We have public sessions on understanding what dementia is. It is in partnership with Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia. The talk will include information on the following: What dementia is Recognizing the signs of dementia Risk factors and how you can help lower your risk. Join us as we explore this important topic.

Gather & Gab: Neurodiverse Peer Support Group

Do you ever feel isolated or like you don't quite belong? This groups offers a supportive space for independent adults who identify with or have been diagnosed with a form of neurodiversity (e.g., autism, ADHD). Meet others with similar experiences to share challenges and strategies for navigating a neurotypical world. A small group led by neurodiverse facilitators with lived experience. Space is limited, please contact Jessica to register.
