Community Play Group
Families with children five and younger can join library and Shelburne Family Resource Centre staff for a variety of free play, songs, games and story time at the library.

Arts and Crafts
Children aged 8 to 14 can join library clerk 'Feral' Carol for arts and crafts. Register one day before each program by 5 p.m. by contacting the library as space is limited.
LEGO Play
Drop in and design and build using the library's LEGO collection. This program is for children aged 4 to 12 (those under 9 years of age must be accompanied by an adult).
Aide aux devoirs en lecture et en écriture
This is a free service offered in French to students in Grade 3 to 6. It includes individual sessions of 30 minutes, supervised by Nancy Deveau.

Snack Time
Children aged 2 to 6 will learn how to prepare their own nutritious snack. They will be taught basic food preparation skills. These include washing, chopping, and peeling using child safe tools. All food and supplies are provided. Each week will be a different recipe. Register by March 10.
This program is funded through the Food Security Initiative Grant.

March Break Fun
If your looking for something to do during March Break, drop in during open hours and get creative with the library's Mr. Potato Heads. Bring a friend and explore the library's robot Sphero Minis or play with LEGO.
LEGO Spike
Children aged 6 and older can have fun building and coding with LEGO Spike sets.
