Far from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, the Nguyen family has found a home in Yarmouth and at its library. The Nguyen family has lived in Yarmouth for a little more than two years, moving here from Ho Chi Minh City, the capital with a population of 9.3-million people.
