This is based on one\u2019s phone service plan and not the responsibility of the library.<\/li><li>Text messages do not stop other notification methods. Text notice messages are sent in addition to the email or phone notices that one may already be receiving.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Need more help?
