Meditation Mindfullness

This program, led by Dr. Mustafa Abboud, MD, will include an introduction to mindfulness and meditation/introspection. Mindfulness helps reduce anxiety, manage depression, improve focus and symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder, and decrease chronic pain and insomnia. In addition to serving as a treatment for mental health concerns, it can help people deal with hardships and change, increase resilience, and make us feel more alive and at peace. Please bring a meditation cushion, pillow or yoga mat if you wish.
